Kennedy Design is a multi-disciplinary chartered consultancy providing Architectural, Structural Engineering, Building Surveying and Project Management services for the design, construction and evaluation of the built environment.

We offer a full range of professional services in the design and evaluation of new buildings, extensions, conversions, adaptations, refurbishments, alterations and associated works. We aim to provide an excellent service to meet the client’s aspirations through quality design, good communication, specialist knowledge, innovation, experience and effective management of a project from inception to completion.

We have a vast experience of the planning process and current planning policies. If for example, you are hoping to build a new dwelling in the countryside, we will use our detailed knowledge to provide guidance on Planning Policy PPS21 (Sustainable Development in the Countryside).

We will ensure your building is expertly designed to comply with the building regulations, and benefits from a sustainable and energy efficient design to the highest standards.

If  considering the purchase a new home or property, as Chartered Building Surveyors and Building Engineers, we can carry out a Building Survey and provide a Building Survey Report on the condition of the building.  Our firm is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and we are registered Chartered Building Engineers.

We design the various structural elements, producing Structural Design Calculations, Structural Detailed Drawings and Structural Reports.
